CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Therefore, once your order is placed, it generally goes immediately into the fulfillment process and may not be cancelled or changed.
If you realize you've made a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY FM SLIDES?

We recommend using a wet wipe to clean your FM slides.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY FM SLIDES?

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your web order from shop@freedommoses.co.za for a full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed.

Once your return is received and inspected by Freedom Moses Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

EXCHANGES

We do not process any direct exchanges; there is no exception to this process. If you would like to exchange any items, you would return the item as stated above, then simply place a new order online for the items you would like in exchange. For the best service and selection, please return the items pursuant to our return policy and place your order for replacement items online.

I AM NOT SURE ABOUT A SIZE OR FIT – CAN YOU ASSIST?

We recommend sizing up if you like your FM slides more spacious and slightly wider.

I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY SHIPPING ADDRESS; CAN I FIX IT?

Changes to shipping addresses can only be made within the first hour that the order is placed but cannot be guaranteed especially if the time has passed.
Kindly note, changes to shipping addresses may cause a delay in processing, transit and/or delivery times.

WHY HASN’T MY ORDER STATUS UPDATED?

Your order may be on hold for various reasons.
It can either be a problem with the address given, such as your shipping address missing an apt/street number, an invalid shipping address, invalid phone number or processing payment. Other times, there are delays with the shipping company.
Please know that we are working effortlessly to make sure your packages arrive in a timely manner!

Your order should arrive up to 8 business days from the time you ordered.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed for shipment.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS?

All items offered on sale, discounted price or promotional items are sold as-is and are a “Final Sale”.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges accepted.
